Exceptional Learners is looking for two types of BCBAs. The first position is framed for a newly certified behavior analyst who is eager to learn. The second position is designed for an experienced behavior analyst who wants to share your wealth of experience and repertoire with colleagues who desire to grow in their professional development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, including but not limited to, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, The Inventory of Good Leaner Repertoires, QABF, MAS, and FAST
Generate individualized treatment plans for clients on caseload
Develop skill acquisition programs and positive behavior support programs based on the outcome of assessments
Develop data collection procedures for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Analyze program data and make data-based treatment decisions
Document progress on treatment plan goals and report progress to funding sources
Supervise behavior technicians on individual programs
Train behavior technicians on individual programs
Directly observe and provide feedback to behavior technicians working with clients
Directly observe and provide feedback to behavior technicians engaging in data collection procedures
Provide parent and caregiver training in accordance with treatment plan goals and as required by funding source
Maintain ongoing communication with parents and caregivers regarding child’s progress and plan of treatment
Collaborate with related service providers

Requirements:

Maintain certification and licensure as required by the BACB, funding sources, and ELBS policy
Adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Maintain CEU requirements as set forth by the BACB
Maintain First Aid/CPR certification
Job Requirements
